Donations made by credit or debit card are charged to your card immediately and final. Diffo issues a receipt through the Diffo app that can be found under the User Profile section in its history.

Disbursement of donated funds and sales transactions

We recommend using the payment partner we work with to collect and disburse donations to you as the beneficiary cause. This will reduce downtime and ensure a smooth service process on Diffo. Donated amounts will incur some surcharges by the third-parties when processing payments. Incorrect or insufficiently supplied details will delay the disbursement of the donated amount and we will try to contact you to obtain the required information. Keeping your personal contact details up-to-date is the best way to ensure donations are directed to where you want them to go. A business using Diffo payment for transactions on Diffo app will have to use Diffo’s chosen payment solution partner to manage sales and sales commission and disburse your earnings to your recorded account. Diffo endeavour to ensure there is no disruption with funds disbursement to support local business.

Credit Card Details and Unauthorised Use of Credit Cards

Any donations and transactions made through the Diffo’s website and apps using a credit card are final. If you become aware that your credit card has been lost, stolen or is being used fraudulently, it is your responsibility to report the issue to your financial institution. We do not store your credit card details. We use the third-party payment services with a PCI level 1 which stores your credit card data.  This PCI compliant solution provides enhanced security against online fraud.  However, we provide no warranty as to its safety or security. In a case, if you experienced a sales transaction that was incorrectly charged, please contact us using one of the ways below.
